I have always loved doodling as a child, behind every notebook there were at least 5 pages of drawings that occured while waiting for the other students to catch up. These days doodling is a way to calm myself and relax from the fast paced and super electronically connected life. It reminds me of simpler times when drawing passed time instead of staring at a computer screen.
My art now in sketchbooks, revolves around relaxing and creating a rhythm that allows the view to become calm also, it's also reminisent of the mesmerizing patterns used to hypnotize.
What does doodling represent for you?
